The Inclusion and Rahma in Action Team Workshop is designed to help teams understand what inclusion means for each team member and work together to create a supportive, inclusive, and compassionate environment for everyone. This will lead to better teamwork, enhanced performance, and positive outcomes.
The workshop is designed for teams and groups to attend together, providing a shared experience that fosters meaningful connections and a sense of belonging.
The Workshop will cover:
Whanaungatanga/Building Connections:
Learn more about each team member’s experiences and values.
Discover what makes each team member unique.
Exploring Inclusion, Identity and Belonging:
Understand what inclusion, identity and belonging means for each person.
Reflect on inclusive experiences and behaviours.
What hinders and encourages belonging in the workplace.
Compassion and Support:
Learn how to effectively support one another.
Reflect on inclusive and compassionate interactions.
Action Planning:
Develop team commitments to foster a compassionate, inclusive and supportive environment for all.
Create actionable steps to enhance team dynamics.
By the end of the workshop participants will:
Build stronger, more meaningful connections with their colleagues.
Gain insights into the diverse identities and experiences of each team member.
Learn practical strategies to create a compassionate, supportive and inclusive team culture for all.
Work better together and thrive.
What’s included:
Pre-workshop survey and analysing findings - to better understand the team and their needs, and tailor the workshop accordingly.
An engaging, interactive and evidence-based workshop - based on research, best practices, and lived experience.
Post-workshop report - summarise findings, team commitments and actionable steps.
Optional addition:
Post workshop session - to follow up on commitments and actions as well as provide an opportunity for team members to connect and share progress.
When: First quarter of 2025, depending on your team’s availability.
Duration: 2.5 hours
Where: It can be delivered online or in-person.
